King Caligar Morag III
Caligar Morag III currently rules the Thannish Kingdom of Thûle.
Caligar assumed the Obsidian Throne in the year 1244/6 as the forty-sixth ruler of the Morag Dynasty. He is a close ally of Sorimmar, and hates the people of Orel bitterly.
Because of his cruelty, King Caligar is greatly feared by his subjects. During his short, bloody reign, the King has ordered thousands of his people imprisoned at the dreaded fortress of Avek Nahr, where many have been tortured and executed.
