King Argilan Garistano II

King Argilan Garistano II of Rennsfar was the eighteenth monarch of his line, who was slain in 1228/6, during the Battle of Kestra.

Argilan was a just and fair ruler who was beloved by his subjects.

He died as his lived; helping others. At the Battle of Kestra, when one of his soldiers fell off his horse from a wound, Argilan stopped and dismounted to help him.

While doing so, the King was stabbed through the back by a Serathian spear.

Argilan was succeeded on the Emerald Throne by his beautiful wife; Queen Arathea.
