Brightblade Keep

Brightblade Keep is one of a series of fortresses built along the western base of the Saugreth-Muir to guard the Borderlands against attacks by the orc-hordes of Sorimmar.

Unlike most of the border outposts built during the Ravinian period and later abandoned, Today, Brighblade Keep is strongly garrisoned with Rynnish soldiers. The fortress is critically important because it guards Karaway Pass; a strategic thoroughfare in the Saugreth-Muir. The pass is vitally important because it is wide enough to support large troop movements.

On several occasions, the keep has been besieged and destroyed by Orcs, but has always been rebuilt.
