Crimson Throne

Located in the Great Hall of Castle Manticore, the Crimson Throne has been the royal seat of the Kingdom of Gwynne for over 1,885 years.

After the War of Annexation ended, King Gavin Gwynnett oversaw the rebuilding of the burned-out city of Ashara and Castle Manticore. Since the Granite Throne of Rhodara had been smashed, the King ordered a new throne built to symbolize the resurgence of Gwynnish power.

The throne was designed to mimic House Gwynnett's colors of dark red and gold.

Since its installation, the Crimson Throne has been the seat of power for 77 different Gwynnish monarchs;

• 29 monarchs of the Gwynnett Dynasty over 633 years
• 11 monarchs of the Baldurin Dynasty over 268 years
• 14 monarchs of the Taraghon Dynasty over 411 years
• 23 monarchs of the Eridani Dynasty over the last 573 years
