King Zephron of Asgamoth

King Zephron of the House of Malvo was the founder of the Asgari City-State of Asgamoth.

According to myth, Zephron was a great warrior who, as a young man, encountered a dangerous lion in the wilderness, which attacked him. After a desperate battle, Zephron felled the great beast.

In an act of mercy, Zephron, nursed the gravely wounded lion back to health. For the remainder of his days, that lion became his constant companion, and he took the lions-head as his sigil.

A natural leader, Zephron was eventually chosen to become the first ruler of Asgamoth, which under his rulership, grew into a leading power in the Third Age.
