Darkness Gathering: Player's Guide

The Dream:

You stand upon a vast plain of blackened soil, the winds are silent and nothing moves as far as the eye can see. You look up into the sky, as the sun rises tentatively. After a few moments, the sun begins to darken to a dark, bloody-red color, and suddenly to your horror, four massive tentacles wrap around the glowing orb from behind, as if strangling it. The Sun gutters out and goes completely dark.

You awaken in a sheen of sweat, heart pounding in your chest…….
