Darkwood Throne

The Darkwood Throne is the royal seat of the kingdom of Elyria; located in the Great Hall of Castle Krasdan.

The throne is carved entirely from an ancient Modesta Tree, and inlaid with ingots of gold, silver and many gems.

Since it was installed by Queen Elwyn 1,215 years ago; the Darkwood Throne has been the seat of Elyrian power for 45 different monarchs:

• 22 monarchs of the Fremantle Dynasty over 642 years
• 14 monarchs of the Crannock Dynasty over 362 years
• 9 monarchs of the Whitacre Dynasty over the last 211 years
