Dragon Sound is a large, cold body of water that extends south from the Myr Thalal.

The sound is constantly covered in fog, which local folk call the "Dragon's Breath."

The cities of Atharavon, Coldhaven, and Northam are all located on its shores.

Centuries ago, local peoples held ceremonies where once a year, a maiden would be tied to a raft and set adrift into the fog covered waters as a sacrifice to appease the great dragon who once lived beneath the waves.
