Dragonsbluff

(pop:8,700) Located in one of the secluded mountain-top valleys of the Hellfire Mountains, Dragonsbluff is one of the five cities which make up Republic of Kendar.

The highest in elevation of any Kendari city, It is said that in ages past, actual dragons nested in the caves which surround this "city in the clouds." The city is small because it is virtually inaccessible, other than by trained mules that make their way up the treacherous, winding stone-cut passages through the mountain which lead up to the city.

The city of Dragonloft is ruled by Sky-Lord Malthus DeKaro.
