Erôn-Gothmar

Erôn-Gothmar; meaning "Castle of Necromancy" in elvish, is the citadel of Sorimmar the Necromancer; the Dark Lord of Drakhara.

Formerly known as Erôn-Mystarë; this fearsome fortress is located at the southwestern base of Mount. Orendren. This massive castle is the largest on Corwyn and has been greatly expanded and strengthened since the days when it was the home of the Council of Sorcerë.

The castle was conquered in the Fifth Age by Sorimmar’s armies and has been his citadel ever since.

Erôn-Gothmar is accessible via the East Road that runs between the Salkröth and Erôn-Mored.
