Emperor Etros Kharata III

Etros Kharata III was the 27th ruler of the Eloysian Empire, who reigned on the Jade Throne between the years AR 409and AR 425.

During his reign, Emperor Etros III's armies besieged the Republic of Kendar for eight long years, which ended in defeat and cost the empire many thousands of lives. Sages say, the emperor learned the lesson of the impregnability of Ironspike "the hard way."

During those eight years, the Emperor also tried to starve out the people of Kendar by blockading the city of Shard. In a series of five different naval battles, the imperial navy was crushed by the Kendari navy.
