The Fremantle Dynasty was a line of Vaas rulers descended from King Erin Fremantle; who founded the kingdom of Erindar in the year 14/5, following the Wars of Destiny.
The House of Fremantle was an ancient ??? family which founded the city-state of Chelstad.
After founding the settlement of Chelstad, Lord fremantle and his descendants continued to govern the growing city and its surrounding territory for many centuries. During that time, Redmark grew from a small farming settlement into a thriving and wealthy metropolis.
During the early years of the Fifth Age, the Lord of Chelstad was Erin Fremantle, who dreamed of uniting the Vaas clans into a single kingdom. His various campaigns to conquer his neighbors became know as the the Wars of Destiny. Erin was ultimatelty ivctoroius and united the entire country undr a singfle banner. He named his new nation the "Kingdom of Erindar," and his family ruled it for many years.

The House of Fremantle ruled Erindar from the Ivory Throne at the Cordova Palace for 648 years, and is celebrated as having the sacred Gildayne bloodline—the "Blood of the Liberator"
After the War of Succession ended in 32/6, Queen Elwyn of Erindar was forced to abdicate the Ivory Throne and formed the new kingdom of Elyria.
The Fremantle family continued to rule Elyria for another 642 years from the Darkwood Throne in Rilsavar. The dynasty ended in 674/6 when King Ezgur II was slain in the Battle of Krell, and was succeeded by King Corvin Crannock.
