Gol-Gathad

Gol-Gathad; also known as the "Tower of the Crossroads," is a fearsome outpost of Drakhara guarding the Grôn Chasm, the crossroads of the Adar Road, the East Road, and the Bridge of Bones.

This castle is a much-feared tower of evil. The castle was built in the late Second Age by the Dark-Elves when they controlled the eastern lands.

Since that time the tower has been used by the realms of Drotharë and Adar. The tower is distinctive for it is constructed entirely of obsidian stone and iron, and is sometimes called the "Dark Tower."
