(population 12,000) Helmsford is a small mixed-dwarf and human city; situated on a rocky ledge near a waterfall that forms the main tributary of the Anglarand River.

Here, dwarvish caravans travel across Jagged Pass to the Chokar Road to travel to either Darôk or Arkan Feyr.

Dwarf merchants heading for the east load their cargoes onto barges heading downriver for the realms of Erindar, Alveron and Melinarë.

The dwarves then return with human goods loaded onto those same barges.
