Emperor Hozni Kharata
Hozni Kharata was the 36th ruler of the Eloysian Empire, who reigned on the Jade Throne between the years AR 621 and AR 647.
Emperor Hozni ordered two huge unsuccessful invasions of the island nation of Yamada in AR 625, and AR 643. Both invasion fleets were destroyed by typhoons, the Yamadans lovingly call the Divine Winds. After these two catastrophic military failures, the empire never again tried to invade a faraway land by sea.
