Emperor Il-Khezet Caridan "The Puppet Emperor"

Il-Khezet was the eldest son of Il-Khazar Caridan, who became ruler of the Iskari Empire after the mysterious death of his father.

After Il-Khazar's death, Il-Khezet was officially anointed as Emperor and seated upon the Alabaster Throne. But this was only a charade, and actual rule of the empire was now held exclusively by the Runelords.

Il-Khezet; the aptly-named "Puppet Emperor," remained on the Throne for the remainder of his life, largely for the sake of tradition.

But for almost his entire lifetime, he was imprisoned within the Imperial palace at Khorvis, where he could be most effectively controlled.
