King Iscar Novaro

King Iscar was the first ruler of Iskandar from the Novaro Dynasty.

In the year 392/6, Iscar succeeded King Irovar Shalcross II, after he abdicated the Onyx Throne, and sailed off Corwyn in search of the lost Iskari Empire.

Iscar was the ruler of the Barony of Novaro, located in the foothills of the Crystalpeak Mountains. As King, Iscar was said to be a harsh and cruel and was greatly feared by his subjects.
