Ishvara

(pop: 85,000) Ishvara is a large City-State located on the Continent of Za'har, and the largest known city located on the continent.

The city is ancient, and holds the distinction of being the only city not to fall to the Deskari during their early campaigns, nor during the later Riftwars.

Ishvara is located along the shores of the Cyan Sea; in a mountain valley, partially enclosed by a deep ravine. There is only way in and out; a long and narrow passage known as the "Ledge".

At the end of the Ledge are massive bronze gates that lead into the city. It was these features alone, which protected the Ishvarans from enslavement and destruction by the Deskari.
