(population: 38,000) Located on the Kratheri Peninsula, along the shores of the Vhan Myr, Jhovar is a major seaport in the kingdom of Thûle.

This ancient city was once part of a Kratheri civilization called Kerathos.

The City surrendered to the Thannish invaders during the Glorious Conquest, and has been under their rule ever since.
