Juliana Terwall is a young, but ambitious member of the Kendarum, who currently rules the Kendari settlement of Port Blackwell.

Originally from the large city of Shard, Julianna was appointed by the Kendarum five years ago. Since that time, Lady Juliana has proven herself to be an effective leader.
