Khûrloth Marshes

The Khûrloth Marshes are the largest swampland region located in eastern Corwyn.

The northern and eastern borders of the Khûrloth Marshes is the Mortai Valley, its southern borders are the foothills of the Frostcrown Mountains, and its western border is the Saugreth-Muir Mountains.

The marshlands are treacherous and infested with foul Lizardfolk, under the sway of Sorimmar.

The region is also home to many tribes of the Ashanti barbarians, an ancient and fierce people who dwell in small, secluded villages deep within the marshlands. These unique settlements literally float atop the marshes.
