Battle of Krell

Terrible battle in 674/6, between the Fourth Alliance of the West and Sorimmar’s orcs and his eastern allies that ended the War of Crows. The battle was long and very costly, and many royal noble bloodlines were ended that day. Slain in the battle were the following kings: Anrahal Baranthyr of Rennsfar, Anrik Kilräen II of Ammarind, Cerland Myrolan II of Marundi, Eltheraf Ekryie of Melinarë, Ezgur Flanäe II of Elyria, Gheren Taraghon III of Gwynne, Ilathrin Navarre II of Cyrendar, Atanamir Suvarë of Serathyr, and Mordecai Mankhari IV of Thûle. The loss of so many royal bloodlines led to much upheaval throughout Western Corwyn for the next century. The Battle of Krell saw Sorimmar defeated and driven back into the East, and the War of Crows ended. The Battle of Krell is one of the largest battles in Corwyn's history, with over 100,000 on both sides slain in a single day.
