Lorien assumed the Gilded Throne in the year 1244/6, as the 21st monarch from the long and distinguished Trevino Dynasty.
The king is considered a wise and shrewd ruler, who is quite skilled at diplomacy and political wrangling.
The Royal Family
King Lorien II inherited the Orellian Crown from his father, Leland II. The king has one younger brother, Stavian, who he considers his closest advisor. Lorien had two children, his son Cassian who died fifteen years ago is a terrible riding accident and his young daughter and presumptive heir, Princess Lorelei.
