Militia
Militias are poorly-trained, lightly-armed men who maintain order in cities, towns, and rural areas where the army is not available.
Most small towns and villages in western Corwyn have approximately one militia member for every 25-50 residents, depending on the wealth and resources of the area.
Most militia units are usually led by retired ex-soldiers or mercenaries.
