Battle of Mudd River
(547/4) Mudd River was the site of an important battle which took place during the First Karthic War.
The battle resulted in an overwhelming Iskari victory; whereby the Vaas forces were routed and both King Ethelred and his son Edmure were captured.
Although the Vaas suffered far heavier casualties, the Iskari suffered a serious loss as well, when King Ilathrin Cyrenäe II was slain by an arrow while leading a cavalry charge.
