As devout follower of the Sun-God Noltus believed it was his life's mission to "enlighten" the savage races spread across the islands of the Shining Sea.

Several years ago, Noltus was among the members of the first expedition to the Isle of Dread.

He, along with fellow cleric Vesserin Catherly, was chosen by Gosilar Cleff to embark on a pilgrimage to convert the islands' native population.
