Siege of Jareesh

(185-193/4) The Siege of Jareesh was a military campaign launched by Eldara to conquer the capital city of Kerathos.

The siege lasted for eight long years, and during that time, thousands of Thannish soldiers were slain trying to scale the city walls, including the Eldaran Prince Daghon Del Vecchio.

When the city finally surrendered, all its inhabitants were put to the sword and the city burned to the ground.

This victory marked the climactic turning point of Eldara's "Glorious Conquest" of Kerathos.
