Tephu
(pop: 18,000) Called the "City of Knowledge," Tephu is a small Vilzari city located at the edge of the Sea of Sand, along the banks of the Shorafa River.
Famous for its libraries and home to many scholars and sages, Tephu contains vast repositories of knowledge regarding ancient Shorafa.
The city is also known for its annual Chariot Race, which draws thousands of spectators from across the region.
